Pop-Up Shop Last Days!

Saturday, March 30 is our last day at 4570 Main street!
I meant to post this earlier but I have not been able to keep up with wedding planning (which um, I think I forgot to post about here?! OOPS. I will try to update you on that sitch soon ;) ), day job work and being at the pop-up shop! I will be there all day on Friday & Saturday and will be having a SALE on Saturday! I will be offering a discount on all my regular priced jewelry, probably 15% off. Make sure to drop by to see me before it's all over and get a deal on some fun jewels for spring & summer! The shell & glass bead necklaces (pictured above) are also great as a wrap bracelet, that's how I wear mine in the summer. And semi-precious stone arrowhead necklaces? Perfect sunny weather wear. I am going away for the first two weeks of April but when I am back I will have a lot more free time (yesss) and will be working on new stuff to be filling the online shop, and bringing new pieces to Dream. I CAN'T WAIT! Also can't wait for my vacation though: I'm coming for you, Hawaii!! I've never been and there is no better time for a vacation than now!

As for the pop-up shop space, it will be undergoing a transformation (hello much-needed paint!) and will re-open sometime in April with new vendors! So if Main street is your hood, be sure to pop in again and see what's new.

Emergency!

Well, ok, not quite an emergency, but a small, mini mental money crisis. My best girl Josephine (how can you resist that face?) has broken a tooth, the little stinker, and it is costing oh so very much to fix! I have money set aside for vet emergencies, but this is wiping it clean and I had to do some last minute fancy banking in order to be able to pay the bill later today. Update - a sale and broken hands

So, I haven't updated you on my hands! Sorry. I had a few posts scheduled and I took the weekend off from the computer. Mostly because using them makes my hands want to die! Pretty lame. The x-ray and blood test (oh yay, love those!) results came back with nothing, so it's probably just nasty tendonitis! Friday I had been busy editing photos and listing items and other things online and by the evening the saddle joints (thumbs) were BURNING. So I iced my hands for the rest of the night, and have been off and on since then. I am now because just fixing a few photos and listing a few items is bothering them. It's really frustrating. Other than taking advil and icing my hands all I can do is try not to use my hands too much to do things like text, use my laptop and other fine handwork, like make jewelry. So, you know, just refrain from doing the things which generally take up most of my time. I didn't know what to do with myself all weekend! Haha. I did make some jewelry, trying not to do anything that aggravated my hands. If I get photos taken there should be a gorgeous sparkly new bracelet in the shop soon.

Ok, onto better topics! Like a sale! Who doesn't love a sale? Many of the items in my shop have been discounted. The details are in each individual listing, and sale items are marked with "SUMMER SALE" in the title. Pretty simple! Go wild!

So it's my birthday on Saturday and I was just getting excited about my birthday week yesterday (my grandpa always told me to celebrate the whole week) when it turned slightly disastrous. Penny necessitated an expensive vet trip last night, and as if that wasn't enough, the hard drive on my beloved Macbook died and I hadn't backed it up! Pretty lame!!
