Meet Bessie
My mom bought me an awesome new toy for our housewarming! I'm a bit late in posting this, I know :) I wanted one of these babies but really did not expect to get one before I got married or something! I have named her Bessie and we are going to make some yummy things together. Ben took photos of the first time I used her, making cookies. Also featuring some cute beggar dogs.

Niiiiice! I'm excited that you got a KitchenAid, even though I apparently don't need one. I'm excited that you have enough uses for one to warrant owning one. ;o)
I don't know if I do, haha. But I wanted to make cookies in style ;) She'll be with me for a good long while, we'll have fun together. Ben's sister was telling me how I can make ice cream with it! Sweet!
Hope you get to spend lots of time with Bessie!! I've got a red one and I love using it (and eating what I make!). Is that the Martha Stewart color? So pretty!
The beggar dogs make me laugh. Mine came running the last time I used mine (making pizza dough!) because they thought it was the popcorn popper. Popcorn is the only people food they get and they've learned that when there's a noisy machine in the kitchen they'll be getting some in their bowls. How disappointed they were.

Aww, yeah, mine are super kitchen beggars. They get some fruit, veggies and occasional meat (usually when we're visiting family as we don't make much, I'm veg). Penny can hear me open a banana, don't ask me how.
